At Condoms, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn and tagged apparel. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items and accessories must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
